DISCUSSION AND FILM SCREENING, 'THE APOLOGY'
February 19th, 2021
In response to recent events surrounding "comfort women" denier J. Mark Ramseyer, KORUM's panel hosted Professor Todd A. Henry (University of California, San Diego) and Phyllis Kim (Executive Director, Comfort Women Action for Redress & Education). Panel remarks were followed by an audience Q&A. The event concluded with a screening of Tiffany Hsiung's documentary film, 'The Apology'.

For their inaugural speaker series, KORUM hosted Dr. Choi Yousam, Director General for Financial & Corporate Restructuring at the Financial Services Commission. Dr. Choi shared his experiences working in the public sector, as well as his thoughts about resilience in one's career.
